I am trying to lose weight and gain muscles. I have been tracking my calories and macros.
I am eating 1500 calories with protein 40%, carbs 35% and fat 25%. After 6 weeks I see no weight loss or much muscle gain. I am taking electrolytes to reduce water retention.
I am looking for serious body transformation. I understand I need to be patient but seeing no progress is demotivating.
I’m 30 years old, male, 5’6”, 180 lbs. target is 150 lbs by losing 6 lbs a month.
Any suggestions to help me?
