Here's my live reaction to the end of my 4= year journey: https://nickedingerwriter.com/2021/12/06/live-reaction-i-go-below-200-pounds-for-the-first-time-since-high-school/
If I were to offer advice, here's what worked best for me:
1) Find other parts of life to enjoy. It helped to reward or destress myself with a variety of activities besides eating. Self-hypnosis (meditation) also became crucial here.
2) Get in the right environment. Finishing college and moving to a warm climate helped a lot.
3) Drink lots of water. Like, to the point where friends and family get concerned.
I'll talk about my journey in more detail in the comments.
