I have been trying to lose weight for 15 years on and off various diets mad methods etc.
Now I have got to BMI of 32 with 50lbs to lose at age 51. I never managed to stick to tracking calories, some weeks I am consistent other I have days were I go over my calories, bad etc.
I do not drink alcohol so food is my comfort.
So my question is how have people managed to stick to tracking day in day out?
