Hi I'm 15 and 340 lbs

Hello, I'm a 15-year-old African American male currently at the height of 5'8. As the title stated I am currently 340 lbs. Luckily when I went to the doctor this was the first time my weight hasn't gone up ever. I'm tired of the way look and I want it to go down significantly by my senior graduation( I'm a Sophomore) I get to use my school's gym for 45 minutes a day for 5 days a week and my main focus of muscle growth. I have no car, I live near no gym, and I have extracurriculars on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I cook my own meals a majority of the time but have limited access to non-starchy vegetables . Mainly I have access to ground beef, chicken, pork, and sometimes fish. My school has salads and recently I've been eating those. My plan is to hopefully lose 140+ lbs by June 20, 2021. Can anyone give me a bit of advice on exercise, diet, loose skin, what to expect, mindset, etc. over the next 919 days?
