I’ve been counting calories for one whole month! I used to eat 6,000 a day…now when I started counting it was 3,000-4,000, and kind of just to gauge where I was in my food addiction. One month later and I’ve not gained weight but maintained. Now I’m ON TRACK for three whole days! Meaning I’ve been eating 1,800 CALORIES A DAY (ballpark) for THREE DAYS!!!!

I went from 6,000 calories to 1,800 in ONE MONTH. and I’ve been CICO for every day non stop without cheating 🙌 I’M SO PROUD OF MYSELF !!
