Finally figured out a way to overcome a hurdle

Starting weight: 175lb Current weight: 165lb Weight Goal: 135lb

I am so excited about my breakthrough!

I have health issues that contribute to a lack of energy, so exercise has been hard. Energy issues have been worse this year and I fell out of my exercise routine. My biggest hangup for exercise has been getting dressed. It's too much work to change and then get on the exercise bike. It feels silly to type, but in the mornings after I've dropped off kids at school and I know I need to start working soon, the idea of changing clothes is too much. So exercise never happens and I plop at my computer and start working for the day, or I end up reading for half an hour on the couch mustering the mental capacity to work. Either way, exercise doesn't happen.

Desperate to figure out how to change and get back into exercising again, I tried sleeping in (clean) exercise clothes instead of my usual pjs last night, and it made a complete difference to my morning. My mental hurdle was gone (getting ready for exercise), and I just got on the bike and peddled. There was no mental struggle at all.

Here's to hoping I can keep this up!
