HELP
29 y. female, 5'8"
I promise you I've been doing CICO. Roughly eat between 1500 to 1700 at most daily. I exercise regularly, at least once a day for 30 mins to 1 hr either jogging, doing yardwork or weights.
I do have IBS which i know can cause some issues at times but still I should have at least gone below 184
I can't figure it out, I am just beyond upset. I want to get to at least 160. I feel like I have to starve myself and work out until I drop dead to get there
