I'm a 19 year old female, height: 156 cm CW: 128, GW: 110.
I went to my new nutritionist and she is absolutely lovely. I was just surprised when she gave me a 1,600 calorie diet when she said I could lose 20 pounds in 3 months. The diet is very complete, very complete meals and snacks, (on Sundays I even get thin crust pizza). I eat less than what the diet says, just that I eat poorly and mostly junk food. Could I eat until I feel full or would that be counterproductive? Uni life has got me sitting all day so I've been 0% active since March 2020. I was just wondering is it too much? I think it should be less because I see myself consuming 1600 calories to maintain my weight. Every time I do exercise my stomach hurts so bad and my heart feels like it's about to explode so I intend to start off slow and gain some strength. Are the calories okay? If so, in how much time will I lose 20 pounds?
What exercises do you recommend btw? I really want to go to the gym and do some cardio but I really don't understand what aerobic exercise is and what is mixed training or strength stuff.
