Accountability post for myself, maybe this will work? Day 1

Hello! I've been thinking of starting this for a while now, so why not now? If anyone wishes to join, you are welcome! This is mostly just to see if this will keep me more motivated/in check. I will not be counting calories or measuring anything, as that brings back unhealthy habits, sadly. I'll mostly just be writing down any exercise I did that particular day, and when/what I ate. My stats are 5'0", 19F, and 152 lbs with the short term goal of 140 lbs, and the long term goal of 105-110.

2:05 p.m. I decided to go on a short jog because I was feeling a little energetic? I'm not sure thats the right word, but it feels like the closest word to the feeling. Was only about 15 minutes, mostly non stop.

4:02 p.m. I ate half a chocolate fondant thing because of how hungry I was as I was not able to eat anything earlier. It was too chocolaty for my taste :/

4:15 p.m. I ate a small French roll with some mayo, sour cream, chicken, and vegetables on the side. Tastes better than it sounds, I swear lol.

8:50 p.m. I had a taco from a taco truck. It was pretty big, and it had carne asada, two tortillas, a lot of onions, beans, a pepper slice in there (maybe poblano?), cilantro, and I put some green salsa on it too. It was pretty decent to be honest.

10:33 p.m. It's movie night with myself and the dogs, and I was a bit hungry so I ate 15 grapes.

I walked 8800+ steps today :) (I wasn't always holding onto my phone throughout the day, and I know I walked a little extra)
