I hope your first Sunday of the month was truly fabulous. I got some holiday to dos done & lots of household stuff handled. Including my meal prep! I jacked it up last week so that’s an extra victory.

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): Vigorous chores & mall walking. 4/5 days.
So I know it's not November, but I'm going to keep working on this. Is that weird? Maybe. Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 54561/50000 words. Didn’t make time for this today.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for quality time with my partner. It’s so nice to sneak in some chill time before the busy weeks ahead.
