Holy crapola, it’s day 16!

Maintenance calories: On it!
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): 30 minute stationary bike & a 30 minute lunch walk. 12/16 days.
Nanowrimo and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: 54561/50000 words. Not today, did some reading & not enough writing.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the health of my occasionally obnoxious senor kitty & for the bunnies that hang out by my parking spot at work. Also, an audio recording of Christmas Carol. If you can take a step back from the vigorous Christmas holiday pointing it does, there is a good lesson in there.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & for making extra time in the evenings to do the full skin care routine plus a bath. It’s a stressful time of year make sure you’re making time to be kind to yourself!
