I started to lose weight on November 9th. I have been following my progress daily, expect for over thanksgiving when I didn’t have access to a scale. I’m a six foot tall male and have been doing 1500 calories a day. I decided this since I live a very sedentary lifestyle. Majority of my day is sitting. I’m just wondering if this weight I’ve seen on the scale is just water weight or have a actually lost fat. Starting weight was 222lbs and I’m at 204.2
