I know you should never really wait for a specific time to start making healthier habits, but the Christmas period is always so difficult to navigate, what with family and friends offering food and drink. Not to mention you want to have a good time. Don't beat yourself up if you haven't found a way to get on track and start reaching your goals.
I've got plans to start cycling to my work and to go to the gym and start lifting.
Of course I also plan to count calories. The sacred and really best way to lose weight!
