research on eating more fat

Interesting research on how if you eat or consume a lot of fat, your body holds onto it less. I know this is true for many other things in the body such as vitamins. The more you take the more your body lowers your ability to absorb them and dumps the rest in your pee. Same is true for drugs but they call it tolerance. thoughts on this research and the concept of fat tolerance?
