( F, 20 , ~185lbs, 5’1) Ok so I’ve realized by trying to implement many new changes at the same time I’m pushing my self towards failure since it makes it easier for me to give up ! I’m thinking of implementing one thing for December but I’m not sure what it should be! What would be your best tip to lose weight ? What do you guys think I should start with ? Walking? Focusing on healthy food ? Other? (I don’t have money for the gym rn)
Also would love to hear testimonies if you had similar stats ; “I lost X amount of weight doing Y” doesn’t have to be big numbers but it does motivate me and gives me like a thing to look forward too ! :)
