Greetings. I'm 14 years old, male, 5'9", 84kg, and extremely unhappy with my body. Ideally I'd like to be 74kg but with good muscle mass. I've been trying to start my "new life" for the past year. Literally every night, I lay in bed and say "tomorrow I will diet and exercise", and the morning after I say "maybe tomorrow". This cycle has kept going for too long now, and I really want to lose weight over the next year. I have the calorie tracking app (Lose it), I have the workout equipment at home (dumbbells and barbells), I just lack the motivation. Any advice or recommendation?
