Ive recently lost 55 pounds (from 220 to 163) and i really do look different. Im 5 foot 2 so 160 is still pretty heavy on me, but i no longer look obese. My main workouts used to consist of cardio and light weight training, but now those arent showing the results i need. Im worried if i switch to mostly lifting i wont burn enough calories to keep my deficit. Any advice?
P.s. i feel like i cant reduce my calories any more, so that cant really change
