Christmas Weight Gain Support

Hey folks!

I figured it would be good to have a thread to get your Christmas weight gain worries off your chest and see other people in the same position. Gaining weight when visiting family or celebrating with family is fine, and don't be too hard on yourself about it.

If you want to mention how much you've gained/lost, nice! If not, that's cool too!

During Christmas, I went up from 122.3kg to 125.3kg (6.6 lbs). Worth it for the turkey, but back to normal now (might try and finish off the backlog of chocolate every so often too)!
