Day 14! Wednesday kicked my butt. I hope yours was fabulous!
Maintenance calories: On it today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. I hate how many rest days I've had. Work has been too busy to get out at lunch & the evenings keep getting away from me. Tomorrow, I'm making time for this. It’s too important to my mental health to skip. 9/14 days.
Do holiday stuff everyday that brings me joy: Gonna wrap some stuff (I don’t have that much to do, but everytime I set out to wrap something gets in the way & sometimes it’s the cat. I'm easily distracted by cats). Also watching Christmas Vacation. It’s probably my favorite holiday movie.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Nailed it today.. 12/14 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Going to do that right meow! Got it yesterday.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for the click list pickup option for the Kroger / King Soopers. Keeps me out of the holiday impulse buy section full of good chocolate.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Early to bed, I did not sleep well last night. I know it’s been that a few days running, I'm not a great sleeper this week.
