I started this year with the Intention of Losing 80lbs but I only lost 55lbs in total. At first I lost 65lbs but after a nasty plateau I let myself fall of the wagon and until now I haven’t even had the motivation to pick myself up and go at it…again.
I see the success stories of people on here and the Jealousy is real! I keep asking myself what is so special about this people?? Why did they do it and I didn’t??? I’m trying to put myself in a better headspace as the new year is only an hour away.
What did I do right?? What did I do wrong?? How exactly are gonna lose the remaining 35lbs?? Are we gonna go fast or slow? Are we gonna be super strict or flexible? I’m asking myself these things, trying to formulate a concrete plan but I’m scared.
What if by this time next year I’m still here again? On my phone planning and planning another diet, another goal. I don’t want that anymore I don’t want to be fat anymore. I’m tired so tired…
