After a three month deficit I finally reached my goal weight. My BMI pre-deficit wad 26. I’m currently sitting at a BMI of 19.6
It was a pretty tough but rewarding journey. I love how I’m able to see my progress each week as I lose weight.
I’m planning to maintain my weight and eat some more protein to get some mass back. I’m thinking of doing more strength and core trainings. I’m open to other suggestions too.
