Freaking out with my blood tests frim years ago. Feel lost.

I did blood tests when I was 18/19. Fas forward I am 25/26 so it is definitely more than time to repeat. i went to ask for them, to do in a couple of weeks. I knew I had some high levels back then but I think because I was so young I did not really realize. I was schoked to find out my values again today. HDL of just 32, triglycerids of 188, glucose was normal but total cholesterol over 200. And since then I have gain I don't know 30 kg. I am now in a path of starting ti exercise and losing weight since july. I have read conflicting info that I might already have some disease, or diabetes, or heart problems. I am freaking out and I have been avoiding doing this tests for years and I am afraid it might be too late to fix stuff. I have already lost 12 kg though, to keep in context with this sub. I don't want to die.
