This might be a dumb question so go easy on me. I’m eating in a deficit and counting calories but my carbs are extremely high. Can I still lose weight?
For context, this is what I ate today:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, black coffee with collagen
Snack: low fat mozzarella stick
Lunch: protein shake with 1 frozen banana, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 TBSP chia seeds
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: Spinach tortellini with jalapeño chicken sausage, sautéed tomatoes & spinach
Macros are the following: Fat 60g Carb 156g Protein 129g
1588 calories consumed. And I’m planning on going to a spin class for cardio then doing an arm work out tonight.
