I’m trying to get from 208 to 190lbs. I work out often but just eat not great and snack a lot. And I also like drinking wine and beer frequently. I’ve been doing really well eating and exercising into a calorie deficit the last two weeks and it hasn’t been a problem at all. But today ALL DAY all I can think about is binging on pizza chocolate and wine. I’m doing everything I can to curb the cravings but I’m too tired to work out and earn the calories and I can’t get my mind off it.
