Hello everyone!

December 17! I hope you’re all having a lovely weekend.

Maintenance calories: On it today.

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute walk & lots of cleaning chores. 11/17 days.

Do holiday stuff everyday that brings me joy: Wrapped some stuff & am enjoying some festive lights.

Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Haven’t played today & am about to spend more time journaling. 14/17 days.

Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Not tonight.

Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for some quiet time.

Random self-care action I want to conquer today: I would like a long bath & deep sleep this evening.
