Day 10 & 11! How y’all doing? I finished my meal and am ready to relax this evening.
Maintenance calories: On it today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 40 minute walk at the local garden. 8/11 days.
Do holiday stuff everyday that brings me joy: I’m wrapping some stuff this evening.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Nailed it today. 11/9 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Going to do that right meow! Missed yesterday.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for having some quiet time & relax on a Sunday.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Shower with skin care routine after. Also, cooling eye mask this evening. I’ve managed most of that a few days running but I'm making time for those eye masks!
