Try eating something healthy and filling like some broccoli or a fruit if you’re craving something sweet or fattening. Also if you’re in a good caloric intake but you think you should snack a little extra because you can always burn it off..? Don’t do that!!!! Before you eat something you know is gonna put you off track just sit for 5-10 minutes. Have some water. You’re not hungry it’s the addiction rearing it’s ugly head. Just push through it!!!!!
