Free apps are obviously the best solution in most cases, but I’ve lost 50 pounds this year and really want to dig my feet in and get under 200 pounds next year. What apps have you paid for and felt they were worth the money? Whether they be calorie tracking apps, workout apps, etc.
Also I know lots of things can be done with free apps or researching which is also frees but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with paying for an app that makes things easier.
