Vegetables are more filling than I’d ever thought they’d be.

I can’t believe how full vegetables make me feel. In the past, I would eat fast food until I felt bloated and over stuffed, but I just can’t do it with veggies.

I over served myself some vegetables today at dinner, and I tried to finish everything, but I just couldn’t. I ended up packing them away for tomorrow. It’s strange how I could just eat and eat junk food, even when I knew I was full. When it comes to veggies, the satiety cues are WAY stronger, and I just can’t force ‘em down past my limit.
