At 220lbs, I was doordashing food almost every single day, working from home, too scared to leave my house unless I absolutely had to. I decided it was time for a change. A year and a half later and 80 pounds down and I went from a couch potato to a U.S. Army Soldier. I lost a bit of weight but gained a hell of a lot of perspective.
There's so much to experience when you decide to become an active participant in life. It might be hard, painful, or downright brutal at times, but this hardship is how we grow. Being in the military I get to step outside of my comfort zone every single day and of course blow shit up. The journey never stops!
