Gym routine - 4 days a week
•20 mins on eliptical set to 8 resistence •3 sets of 10 reps on leg extension machine, set to 50 lbs •3 sets of 10 reps on leg curler, set to 50 lbs •1000 meters on rowing machine
Eating routine - 6 days a week, one cheat day
•eating 1500 cals a day between 10am-5pm •no pasta, pizza, bread, or sweets
For reference, i'm a 5'6 female, 165 lbs
Does this look like an effective routine to burn off my love handles and extra leg fat?
