Hello fellow redditors,
I once was a lurker of this reddit, but from today on not anymore. I (M 20) have dealt with some weight issues my whole life. From being basically obese in my childhood to being normal to being overweight to being close to obese to being normal. You probably know the drill of having trouble to find your setpoint and staying at the same weight.
I lost 30-35lbs last year and thought that it should be celebrated with food... Little did I know that last summer in which I enjoyed myself a bit too much ended up in a struggle to get back in the groove of eating 6 days clean and 1 cheat day a week. BUT from now on, we are back on track. I am gonna track my calories, train daily, control myself all for the better of me. Because I need this. Because I love myself. Because I want the best for myself. And you should too!
This was my rant for now hahahah. I have no idea if I will ever post on this reddit, but who knows! I will be checking the reddit daily because it gives me alot of motivation, so thank you all for indirectly helping me! Goodluck y'all!
