23 M 188lbs. Should I cut my calories down to 1500?

I’ve been at 1700 cals for the past month or so. But I’ve noticed a trend. Every time I get on a roll, I end up binging when I go to get my remaining calories in at the end of the day (I work out after work, and typically will arrive home when I have around 1-200 calories left) which typically destroys any progress I made in the day. I’m considering dropping down to 1500 so I won’t have that buffer to indulge in.

5’11. I lift 6 days a week. I do 10-20 minutes of cardio after lifting and then I hit the sauna for another 20 minutes or so. Drinking on average around 200oz of water per day.
