and keep on going.
i increased my exercise this week (triple the amount of what i usually do), ate foods with a high amount of sodium and haven't had a BM yet...and there is no way i have gained weight. even if i did overeat, it would not come close to even 1000 calories. so logically, i know that the 3.3lbs i gained this week is definitely not actual fat. it's water retention and food weight.
but it'd be natural if it's actually more than that, right? it might actually even be 4.3lbs, because cardio increases blood volume and my muscles are sore. and that leads to me hoping that i've actually lost 1lb this week but the water retention is just masking it!!?!?!
i have no real way of knowing, i'm just praying at this point lol i don't even feel like i can rely on my calories because the extra exercise made me eat more. definitely not enough to gain, but might be enough to not lose. i tend to lose 1lbs per week so yeah, i truly hope i did lose this week lol. i'm keeping my fingers crossed for a whoosh soon while i keep on eating at a deficit.
