Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Missed this morning. 8/15 days.
1800 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it! 9/11 days, 3 maintenance day.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Long walk in a botanic garden. 12/15 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Written journal today & some digital journal.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for Animal Crossing & good friends.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I accomplished so dang much today.
