Losing the Last 10?

Hey y’all! I’m a 22 y/o fm, 5’6 and around 150. I’ve got a muscular build and work out 4-5 times a week doing at-home workouts. I started exercising over quarantine and lost about fifteen pounds. I’ve heard it said that it’s hard to lose the last bit of weight without calorie counting, but damn, does that sh*t get old. I’ve been thinking about upping the strength training to increase metabolism. Any advice?
