What worked for me.

Here’s a list of things I did to lose 40 pounds over 6 months, with success maintaining my new weight. Do what you want- but I have been through the ringer, and these things finally worked right as I was about to quit:

  • gave up all gym exercise for morning stretches and natural exercise. I stretch in the morning and my daily activity covers the rest. I use that would be gym energy and channel it into eating absolutely only what I need to function, no more. This is key.
  • gave up meat. Less calories consumed, more energy, better nutrient profile, mitigate health risks.
  • ate the same general things everyday, 7 days a week, with no breakfast. No CICO, no tracking, just low calorie meals consistently with no deviation.

Wishing you well.
