for months iv'e been attempting weight loss nothing seemed to work. i found that the real problem was me. i wasn't trying hard enough or giving up only after a few hours. so today i'm starting my weight loss journey. my goal is to lose 50 pounds, i have no idea how long it will take or what steps ill need to take. this is where I need this community i need some tips for weight loss. for those who care ill be posting my progress every week.
