I was on a deficit for 4,5 months and now im taking a break. I thought ill be stronger during my workouts but its the other way around.
Ive been constipated ever since, And i went from 1200-1400 ish calories weekly to 1800-2000. Because I now eat a lot more and my workouts are usually cardio, and im constipated af i feel heavier and the cardio gets harder.
Why the hell am I constipated? I tracked and eat around 18-20g fibre a day and i eat lots of fruits. Is this normal?
