This may come off as a strange question , but today i got the Nintendo sports game (new version of wii sports ) and i played it for nearly 3 hours straight. It really had me tired and sweating! I’m wondering if this would be a “good” exercise? I also walk for 45 mins everyday which my app says burns around 200cals. Any estimates on if this is a good exercise and if it’s burning any cals? While doing it i do the full motions and move around, not just arm flicking.
