As Title suggests my goal is to get rid of my Belly fat and love handles, and it has become a challenge for me. I would like to ask the community for help/suggestions on some Do's/Don'ts'
For Reference I have been going to the gym 5-6 times a weeks (Push/Pull/Leg) and some abs workout for 5-6 months. In addition to workout, try to hit 8K steps a day and maintain slight calorie deficit. Doing this I have lost over 20 lbs over 6 months and yet I have seen 0 change to by Belly Fat/Love handles.
My chest/arms are getting into good shape now but my belly/love handles are still bloated/thick.
I would like to know what worked for you, is it following a HIIT work out, or tons of cardio, following a specific style of diet, or running x km per day? Will Specific Cardio style help me out better?
Open to any suggestion.
