Hi! I have loved running since I was a kid but have had asthma since forever. Every time I run, after a minute or so, my chest starts getting tight, it hurts to breathe, and if I take a deep breath I’ll begin coughing. I guess you can call it exercise induced asthma but I’m really trying to lose weight and know that cardio and weight training are the best ways to but it’s near impossible for me with this. I can’t afford a pump because I don’t have insurance and they’re pretty expensive so I’m left not really knowing what to do. I’m can deal with weight training but cardio is the hardest. Are there any good alternatives to it?
