Day 7, a full week into May! Spring has sprung.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it this morning. 4/7 days.
1800 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): Big old salad for dinner. 4/6 days, 1 maintenance day.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Vigorous cleaning. 5/7 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: List making & a little bit of journaling.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for moisturizing body wash & cold water.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I’m going to remember to move the dish towels to the dryer!
