I had an amazing day. It was my 2nd gym workout and was very good and productive, my nutrition is on point, I’m getting great quality protein and eating 3 square meals really cleanly, I had enough energy at the end of the day to go for maybe the best run I have had in over a decade.
I feel great, this feels sustainable, healthy and it makes me happy. I know that if I stack days like this together I will continue to lose weight and improve my health in ways I didn’t really think possible before.
Thanks to this sub and users in it for sharing their stories and their encouragement, it’s gonna be a great week.
