Day 24! A Monday, Monday, Monday. I hope yours was lovely.
Onward, to goals!
1800 – 2000 calories a day: I’m depressed as fuck but still logging so I will aim for maintenance & not a binge.
Exercise five days a week: Too exhausted today. 16/24 days, 5/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Have journaled, haven’t played the Switch. 18/24 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: Not this evening folks, I’m out of spoons.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for conquering a Monday.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Bath tonight & all the skincare. With fancy candles.
