Calling my fellow carb-y, sweet tooth breakfast lovers: what do y’all eat that tastes good, is filling, and is reasonably healthy?
I’ve tried overnight oats and got bored with them, eggs are just meh (I always want to add tons of cheese), and protein bars are not satisfying/some have sketchy ingredients.
