1800 – 2000 calories a day: Maintenance today.
Exercise five days a week: 60 minute walk/hike today. 9/15 days, 4/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it. 12/16 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: Not tonight kids, just a little too tired..
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for quiet time.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Face mask, hair mask, foot mask & a bath.
