I have been working out for about a year now. lots of cardio and weights. however ive been doing some research and i have not changed anything about diet and sleep. ive realized that basically all the year i was working out was for naught. i have been getting about 4-7 hours of sleep a night with no change to my diet. i need to fix this. ive worked so hard but apparently i cannot work away my fat. its just been maintaining my weight but at least if i was not working out i wouldve been worse off. so i recently started counting calories and eating less sugar overall. ive lost five pounds! but i need to work on sleep. just wish i had fixed it before going through all that work :/
