Baby Steps
11th April, 2023, Goal reached: Intermittent fasting for 9 hrs from 9am to 6pm 💃 .. though obviously just one day of cutting down on cals did not cause any significant changes, cos its a slow process :) (just like gaining all those cals is (was) 🥲🤐 but it's a start of sorts) . Exercises: None :( becoz yesterday was super stressful like stated earlier, didn't even hv time to journal the days activities.. too tired to do the same (this is 12th April; writing abt yesterday's events) Hopefully trying to catch some substantial exercise today with the continued 9 hr fasting, since there is less work today! 💫
