i think this might be a stupid question, but i’d appreciate input/help anyway. i used to burn around 1000 calories by doing an hour on the treadmill at 12 incline and 2.5 speed. i was progressively burning less and less calories and now i’m lucky if i burn 300 calories doing an hour of 15 incline 3.5 speed. is this because i’m getting healthier? how can i find an exercise that burns as many calories? i can’t really up the incline anymore because i’m essentially clinging onto the machine for dear life to not fall off at that incline. how can i get back to where i was before??
